The First bareswipe Bottle — Round 2 Official Rules

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.

Owners and employees of the sponsor, promotion administrators, and their immediate family and household members are not eligible.

Each round lasts exactly 15 days. Entries received outside the entry period will not be accepted. The sponsor's server clock is the official timekeeper.

Enter free by completing the entry form at bareswipe.com/giveaway. No purchase, follow, like, comment, tag, or share is required, and none will improve your odds.

Limit one entry per person per round, across all platforms. Entries do not carry over between rounds. Signing up for launch emails is optional, is not required to enter, and does not affect your odds.

One (1) prize: one custom bareswipe-printed 32 oz Owala FreeSip stainless-steel bottle (Very, Very Dark color, printed with the bareswipe Love Your Bottle design), plus one box of 15 individually wrapped bareswipe water bottle wipes. Approximate retail value: $50.00. The bottle is a one-of-a-kind custom print; no color choice or substitution except a bottle of equal or greater value if the custom bottle cannot be provided.

The bottle ships within 15 business days after winner verification. The wipes ship from bareswipe's first production batch by January 31, 2027.

One winner per round will be selected in one random drawing from all eligible entries received through the entry form at bareswipe.com/giveaway during that round, within 5 business days after the round closes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be contacted by email from hello@bareswipe.com or brad@bareswipe.com. bareswipe will never ask for payment, a password, or card details to claim a prize. A shipping address is requested only after the winner is verified.

The potential winner must confirm eligibility. If a potential winner is ineligible, declines, or does not respond within 5 calendar days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

If you enter a bareswipe giveaway, we collect your name, email address, state of residence and, if you choose, a social handle and how you heard about us. We use this only to run the giveaway: checking eligibility, preventing duplicate entries, drawing and contacting the winner, and keeping records required by the official rules. Entrant details are never made public. We may send you a transactional email confirming your entry. Marketing emails are separate: we send them only if you tick the optional launch-updates box. Entering, or receiving a confirmation email, never signs you up for marketing, and any earlier unsubscribe is respected. Winner photos or testimonials are used only with separate consent.

Entries made by fraud, bots, scripts, tampering, or deliberate duplicate entries will be disqualified. If a material technical problem affects the promotion, the sponsor will handle it fairly and post public notice on this page.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Owala, or Trove Brands. To the extent permitted by law, each entrant releases Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok from any liability related to this promotion.

By entering, entrants release the Sponsor and its owners, employees and agents from any liability for injury, loss or damage arising from participation or from acceptance or use of a prize, to the extent permitted by law.

The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Disputes will be resolved individually, without class action, in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
